📜 Terms of Service

Welcome to Card Tracker! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Card Tracker on  Google Sheets™ Add-on (the “Add-on”). By installing and using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms.

 

 

 

1. Overview

Card Tracker is a Google Sheets™ Add-on designed to help users manage their trading card inventory, calculate market prices, track profit, and analyze collection data.

This Add-on is offered as-is, without guarantees of availability or continued support. It is intended for personal or business use by collectors, sellers, and hobbyists.

 

 

 

2. Use of the Add-on

By using the Add-on, you agree to:

  • Use the tool only for lawful purposes.
     

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the Add-on without permission.
     

  • Not use the Add-on in a manner that exceeds reasonable request limits or violates Google’s™  Terms of Service.
     

You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your own Google Sheets™  documents and the API keys you provide.

 

 

 

3. API Integration & Third Parties

Some features in the Add-on use third-party APIs (e.g., pricing from Collectr™ , TCGPlayer™ , etc.). You may optionally enter your own API key to enable these features.

We do not store or transmit your data outside of your Google™  environment. Data retrieved from APIs is used only to display or insert information into your own spreadsheet.

 

 

 

4. Intellectual Property

The Card Tracker, including its code, layout, and logic, is the property of the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this add-on or derivative works without permission.

Google Sheets™ and all other trademarks mentioned are property of their respective owners.

 

 

 

5. Limitation of Liability

The Add-on is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from use of the Add-on, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of spreadsheet data
     

  • Inaccurate pricing
     

  • API usage fees
     

  • Errors caused by external API changes
     

 

 

 

6. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the Add-on or restrict access at any time, without notice, especially in cases of abuse or violations of these Terms.

 

 

 

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms over time. If so, we’ll notify users through the add-on or support site.
